This is the art I have been living into for most of my life.
From my earliest years — hosting birthday parties, after-parties, and community gatherings for dance and drama productions in Jr. and Sr. High School-
I have been a natural convener of people.
Over decades on production teams within the West Coast festival circuit and global retreat world, this gift matured into a deeply grounded skill set.
I have served behind the scenes and at the front of the stage- as event coordinator, vendor coordinator, box office manager, talent liaison, production manager, admin organizer, sacred guide, stage performer, vendor and circle hostess- learning what truly makes an event feel nourishing, seamless, and alive.
I know how to plan an event from the top all the way to the bottom — and everything in between.
It begins with vision.


Clarifying the purpose, tone, and feeling of the gathering. Choosing the right date. Sourcing the right location. Ensuring the event is aligned before a single invitation is sent.

Our home, Joy Oasis (in northern CA), is blossoming into a private retreat center (operating as a non-profit and private membership association) is devoted to intentional gathering, nature-based connection, and community healing.
