On 4.4 Portal Day, we gather in sacred ceremony to unite
all four elements within ourselves.
This portal represents grounding heaven into Earth.
A bridge between spirit and embodiment.
A remembrance that awakening is not meant to stay in the ethers…
it is meant to be lived.
This pilgrimage is designed as a living elemental initiation.
Unlike other Bali Retreats, where you travel to one place and stay for a week at one retreat center-
this journey will take us to 4 different locations on the island,
to get the highest caliber immersion into the vibration of the island, the culture and its people-
moving through a living initiatory mandala across Bali itself.

The Four Sacred Elements Journey
Through ceremony, community, gratitude, prayer, and sacred connection, we complete the cycle together — returning home changed, renewed, and more deeply connected to ourselves, each other, and the path ahead.
For those who feel called to continue the magic a little longer, participants will also have the option to extend their stay in Bali and attend the world-renowned Bali Spirit Festival taking place just days after our pilgrimage concludes.

Portal 1: Earth: Ubud
Grounding • Rooting • Remembering • Stability
We begin in the lush jungles and rice terraces of Ubud, reconnecting with the Earth element through ceremony, sacred sites, healing waters, nourishment, embodiment, and connection to the land.
March 25-March 29 (5-nights): breakfast included
March 25th- arrival day, group dinner
March 26th: water temple blessing to cleanse and prepare yourself for our journey ahead and Opening Ceremony in the Earth Pyramid and Ancient Sound Healing in the Sun Pyramid at the pyramids of Chi
March 27th: Barong Dance Show, Gamelon music lesson, Balinese Dance Class, group dinner
March 28th: group session at hotel, small excursion around Ubud (rice terrace, temple, etc.)
March 29th: Leave hotel to go to Mount Agung
Portal 2: Fire: Mount Agung
Transformation • Purification • Activation • Rebirth
At the sacred volcano Mount Agung, we enter the realm of fire — the element of alchemy, death, rebirth, courage, and soul activation.
We will participate in ceremony, connect with local spiritual guides and priests, and gather in one of Bali’s most revered spiritual power centers.
March 29- March 31 (2-nights): breakfast included
March 29th: Arrive to Mahagiri, down time, swimming, afternoon Canang Sari "Temple Offering Making Class", group dinner.
March 30st: Visit Mangku (Hindu priest/ psychic) at his ashram, walk to Besakhi (Dragon) Temple for Odalan Karya Ceremony amongst Balinese locals, lunch provided, Evening Fire Ceremony at the ashram (learn to fire dance with Anistara's palm torches provided)
March 31st: Morning group session in gazebo with Mt. Agung view, leave for Lembongan.
Portal 3 : Water: Nusa Lembongan
Flow • Emotional Healing • Cleansing • Divine Feminine
Surrounded by crystal waters and ocean life, we journey into the realm of emotional healing, surrender, intuition, softness, and flow.
This portion of the pilgrimage includes sacred waters, snorkeling, island exploration, and encounters with the beauty and medicine of the sea.
March 31st-April 3rd (3-nights): breakfast included
March 31st: Arrive to Lembongan island hotel, swimming on crystaline water and white sandy beach, group dinner together
April 1st: private charter boat to snorkel and swim with manta rays
April 2nd: Water Ceremony/ Movement Medicine session with Anistara, motorbike ride to Benita island for more swimming and ocean time
April 3rd: 10am boat ride back to Bali, travel to Banjar
Portal 4 : Air: Banjar
Prayer • Upliftment • Freedom • Expansion
The final elemental gateway carries us into the realm of liberation, higher consciousness, and breath.
Through ceremony, sacred spaces, devotional practices, breathwork, creativity, and community, we complete the 4-elemental journey and prepare to embody the next chapter of our becoming.

April 3rd: arrive to Damai (Peace) Resort, Balinese Kite Making Class
April 4th: Brahmavihara-Arama Buddhist Temple for 4.4 Portal Day (Air) Ceremony with Anistara and epic Hot Spring visit in the afternoon
April 5th: Day trip to Lovina to board boat for Dolphin Swimming excursion
April 6th: Sekempul waterfall, half day rest, optional spa services
April 7th: Leave Banjar, go to Kintamani to go to Toya Devasya Hot Spring waterslide park on Batur Lake, arrive back to Ubud
Portal 5 : Spirit: Return to Ubud
Integration • Embodiment • Gratitude • Completion
As our pilgrimage journey comes full circle, we return to the sacred heart of Ubud for our closing ceremonies, reflection, integration, and celebration together.
Having journeyed through Earth, Fire, Water, and Air, we gather once more in the spirit of remembrance-
honoring all that has been activated, released, healed, awakened, and reclaimed along the way.
This final chapter of the pilgrimage is devoted to embodiment.
April 7th-10th (4-nights): breakfast included
April 7th: arrive back to Ubud, rest for the night
April 8th: Yoga class or ecstatic dance in town, group dinner, Kecak dance show
April 9th: “Choose your own adventure day”: extra excursions (extra cost), optional spa day at Tjampuhan Spa, EES Session at Pyramids of Chi, white water rafting, helicopter ride above the island, etc.
April 10th: Pura Tirta Empul Water Temple for final blessing, closing ceremony, group dinner at 5-Star restaurant “Arcadia”.

Allow me to share a bit about my story and why
I would be honored to share this beautiful pilgrimage to Bali with you.
There is a piece of my heart that already lives in Bali.
For the last 19 years, Bali has been one of the most transformational places in my life — a place I have returned to again and again, not only for rest and renewal, but for remembrance. My family and I have traveled there over a dozen times, and each visit deepens my connection to the land, the people, the spirit of the island, and the version of myself that emerges there.
In many ways, Bali feels like home to me. It is actually where I choose to receive my dental care because I trust the quality, the kindness, and the expertise so deeply. Every time I land on the island, something inside me softens. I breathe differently there. I move differently there. I reconnect with a grounded sense of clarity, presence, gratitude, and inspiration that I have honestly never found anywhere else in the world.
There is a profound energy woven throughout Bali. Yes, there is the power of Mount Agung and the sacred volcanic landscape, but there is also something even deeper living within the heart of the culture itself. Prayer is woven into everyday life. Offerings are made daily with beauty and devotion. Ceremony is not separate from life there- it is life.
That is one of the things I love most about Bali.
The people carry such humility, generosity, artistry, reverence, and heart. I deeply honor the Balinese people and their traditions, and it is always important to me that when we visit, we do so with respect, reciprocity, gratitude, and care. I love supporting the local community, sharing opportunities, offering generously, and building relationships that feel genuine and mutually honoring.
Over the years, Bali has brought me some of the clearest transmissions, breakthroughs, and soul code activations of my life. Every journey there changes me. Every pilgrimage opens something new within me. I always return to CA feeling more centered, more connected, more alive, and more aligned with my purpose.
It is truly a joy and an honor to now share this sacred island with others through this pilgrimage experience.
